Summary
Those of us who use different operating systems and/or browsers are frustrated when we encounter a Web site that is "optimized" for one operating system and/or browser only (e.g., Internet Explorer and Windows). If you're a commercial site, this is clearly bad business. Macintosh has been gaming market share; some analysts credit the "halo effect" of the iPod, while others point out that Macs are not plagued by all the malware that can cripple a Windows machine.
