On Thursday, July 10th, 2008, The New York Times continued its Tribute to Nurses, with the same photograph and full page coverage. This time, however, they added an application for readers to nominate a nurse or nurse educator of their experience. Four winners will be chosen, three practicing nurses and one nurse educator. Application forms can be obtained along with rules and regualations, at nytimes.com/tribute tonurses. Nominations can be made on-line or by mail.
