Summary
The creation of a YMCA summer camp at Northwest River Park is a done deal, but only time will tell if it's the right deal for the right place.
That's still my take after reading the city's fact sheet on the project. A fact sheet, incidentally, that should have been issued long before it was. Better th an that, there should have been a special meeting of City Council to air and answer questions.See the full content of this document
