[Vladimir Brunstein] says the timing won't be right for hydrogen power on a consumer level until carmakers and fuel distributors seriously invest in the technology. "At this moment, it is hard to see a passenger vehicle on fuel cells because there are a few big hurdles," says Brunstein. "You need to have stations to deliver the hydrogen. You need the hydrogen to be either piped to those filling stations or carried in tanks. It is an infrastructure that's missing at this point."
