[Richard Ali] pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse. Queens Supreme Court Justice James Griffin indicated he would sentence the defendant to an indeterminate term of 1 ½ to 4 ½ years in prison when he is sentenced on January 25, 2008.
