Taking It to the Hill

Advocates find a renewed sense of purpose on Capitol Hill.

Through the challenges of a winter storm, hundreds of dedicated park and recreation advocates braved the elements, arriving in Washington, D.C., for the 2007 National Legislative Forum on Parks and Recreation, ready to take their message to Capitol Mill.
