The body of a 22-year-old woman was discovered inside a car almost completely submerged in a retention pond Thursday afternoon near the 17000 block of Big Cynthia Road.
Kathryn Schmitt, of Haubstadt, Ind., was found inside the vehicle after it was pulled from the pond. Investigators are trying to determine how and when her car ended up there.See the full content of this document
