Stenham Asset Management Buys Montier Partners

LONDON (Reuters) - Stenham Asset Management, a unit of South African financial services group Peregrine Holdings, said on Monday [Sept. 6] it had bought Montier Partners, adding about $400 million to its assets under management.

The acquisition will bring Stenham's total assets under management to $3.5 billion. Stenham declined to say how much it had paid to buy Montier Partners.
