We decided to forgo the mixed green salad ($6) because other starters looked far more appealing. We couldn't resist the seafood guacamole ($15), a generous portion packed with shrimp, crabmeat, cilantro and plenty of jalapeños. The tortilla chips may be thin, but they were perfect for scooping up the spicy guacamole. The fussier member of our party (not the baby) who does not like guacamole doesn't like duck either, so she was not up for the soft duck tacos ($11). Instead, she went for the crispy chicken flautas ($9), three corn tortillas filled with shredded chicken, fried and topped with cotija cheese. The chicken was dry-though the tortillas were crispy and tasty.

The chicken enchiladas "suizas" ($15) Consist of corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, covered with a creamy tomato sauce and baked with a Swiss cheese topping. Unlike the flautas, the chicken was not at all dry, and the tomato sauce and cheese combination was quite good. The grilled skirt steak with nopales salad ($19) was requested medium-rare; it was, in fact, very rare. Reheated the next day, it was decidedly better. Slices of tender, adobo-marinated steak were accompanied by sliced cactus leaves and tomatoes, topped with a ranchera sauce, cotija cheese and cilantro-a tart and tangy complement.
