With the help of slides and a soundtrack, the audience is introduced to Hemingway's haunts, his relatives and his first two wives. It is transported to Paris where Hemingway lived with his young bride Hadley. There the couple consorted with several luminaries of the time such as Gertrude Stein, James Joyce, Picasso and F. Scott Fitzgerald. And there John "Bumby" Hemingway was conceived, much to his father's initial dismay, anger even.
