The Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) application continues to grow as SCIP team members from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), and Defense Security Assistance Development Center (DSADC) participate in a number of business process and system design meetings to develop new user functionality. The EMALL allows authorized users, by country, to query and view the status of all open foreign military sales (FMS) requisition orders found in DLA's Enterprise Business System (EBS) and also allows users to perform research on DLA-managed material, prior to ordering that material.
