Summary
Students electing prior to Feb. 3, 2003, to attend a Former Starburst School, or who are currently attending a Former Starburst School, shall continue accordingly through high school graduation or until the student chooses not to enroll in a Former Starburst School. Failure of the parent/guardian to have notified the Pupil Placement/Reassignment Department as directed in writing of their intent for their child to attend a Former Starburst School eliminates that student's eligibility to participate in Former Starburst School assignment. Transportation is provided as long as costs can be funded with the existing year's budget.
