The Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway is a 1,200 mile long collection of rivers, inlets and man-made canals stretching from Norfolk VA to Miami FL and is designed to give commercial, military and recreation boats shelter from the unforgiving sea. Here, Hicks discusses how government avoidance leads to choking of Intracoastal Waterway based on their investigation results of the unexplored areas of the state. He notes that the federal government was subverting its own laws with a loophole that gives bureaucrats and politicians cover when cutting the waterway's dredging money.
