"It'll probably be Tuesday," Rothermel said, but cautioned that the current pace of the trial may push it back to later in the week.

Prosecutors gave the jury a 212-page book filled with e-mails between Funk and Roseboro last week.

Roseboro repeatedly addressed Funk as Angela Lynn, making no mention of her married last name in the e-mails.

Funk is married to Randy Funk.

"There are no plans for any separation or divorce," Rothermel said. "They're taking it day by day."
