Summary
Enough about these young men's libidos; let's talk music. Guns N' Roses are obviously the blueprint for Bopper's new world order, and the band capably follows suit. Album opener "Hurt Like I Do" features guitar arpeggios that may prompt cigarette-lighter waving at live shows. As the band erupts into a Use Your Illusion-style anthem, Bopper howls: "I'll make you hurt like I do, and I'll never think twice." The track "Glitter and Gold" is as close a return to punk-rock form as you're going to get, and includes familiar refrains catchy enough to be sung by anyone with nothing in their mouth.
