Summary


Richard G. Williams, 75, of Lancaster, died Tuesday at the Mennonite Home after a one-year struggle with a brain tumor.

A designer draftsman, Williams worked for General Electric in Schenectady, N.Y., and Scranton. He then worked 34 years for the former RCA Corp. in Lancaster. In his early years at RCA, he designed a picture tube device that was patented. He retired in 1996.
