Homestead Village, a growing nonprofit retirement community straddling Good Drive, last summer sought to have its assessment on two parcels reduced by a cumulative 28 percent. The Lancaster County Board of Assessment Appeals denied the request, and Homestead Village has appealed to Lancaster County Court.
