All KBA bank managers and supervisors may call the Anthem EAP any time for professional consultation in dealing with human behavior issues that are workplace concerns. The EAP provides consultation to assist in: 1. recognizing job performance issues, 2. documenting these issues, 3. designing strategies to effectively confront employees with their job performance issues and 4. referring employees to the EAP. EAP services are paid for by the KBA Trust.
