The line of most resistance: it takes a special ability always to get in the slowest lane at the supermarket, the restaurant, or the toll booth, and this author has it.
I don't know how it happened, but I have a "gift" that is so powerful and consistently right, it could only be called supernatural. No, it's not being able to pick winners at the racetrack. The last time I went, my horse was so far behind, he was nearly considered the winner of the next race. I'm not much better at picking lottery numbers or the TV shows that will be returning next season....
