For many employees, November is renewal time for employee benefit options. More and more employers are providing their employees with choices. Which health plan and how do you want to share the costs? Some offer a flexible spending option where out-of-pocket expenses can be paid with pretax dollars. Some offer choices for other benefits, such as dental, vision, and short- or long-term disability. Newer benefit options include a dependent care flex- spending account, prepaid legal or long-term care.
