Establishing readability in corporate publications

Corporate publications should focus on effective themes, and they should also have a provocative covers and address readers' interests. In addition, publications should balance copy and graphics. Themes should be highlighted in heads, banks and captions, and they should be supported by evidence from employees, clients, experts. Graphics should visually direct the reader to copy, and production values should be distinctive. The credibility of themes is important, and messages should not be presented by a corporate voice.
