An environmental group says the state Air Pollution Control Board is dragging its feet in discussing how to regulate mercury released into the air by Indiana coal-burning power plants.
The board has yet to act on a request for a public hearing on such regulations, even though a petition with enough signatures to legally require the hearing was submitted almost two months ago.See the full content of this document
