The success or failure of a given project is primarily determined by the manner in which it is managed. In starting a project, it is crucial to first define and understand what it is all about. An overall leader who is given charge and responsibility over the entire project should be appointed. This leader would then form a team which is composed of individuals who will identify and carry out all detailed activities and will be assigned specific roles. In addition, a schedule should be implemented and regularly updated.
