A relationship review questionnaire has been developed to gauge the overall quality of organizational relationships and to spot the factors common in the relationships as well as the general trends emerging in all. The questionnaire is semi-structured and basically presents a series of statements which are graded numerically according to the level of agreement with the statement. The questionnaire essentially asks each participant the same queries, although carefully worded questions may be included. The questions may be explained when necessary and the participants are encouraged to give their views if they so desire. Probing the relationship.
A semi-structured interview questionnaire such as the one at right can be a useful tool for obtaining an overview of the quality of an organization's relationships, an analysis of key individual relationships, and an understanding of general trends and commonalities among those relationships.
