A new U.S. Forest Service plan for managing the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area over the next 10 to 15 years does not appear to forecast a lot of change.
Assembled after two years of public comment and study by the agency, the plan, officially posted Friday by the Forest Service, provides a framework for administering the 170,000 acres located between Barkley and Kentucky lakes in Western Kentucky and Tennessee.See the full content of this document
