Summary
This small spot is a festive clutter of petite piatas, Day of the Dead dioramas, garlands of chili pepper lights and paper cutouts, big windows decorated with a spinning police light, cacti and a coffin. Oh, and a TV tuned to MTV Espaol. Customers here--mostly a smattering of twenty somethings--order by number and pay a $1-per-person beverage minimum if they're eating in. If they bring their own tequila, they can order a pitcher of fresh limeade or watermelon juice to make margaritas.
