"It is 6 a.m. and a darn cold day at Prudhoe Bay," says Anil Mathur, commercial manager at Prudhoe Bay for BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc. "I go to my office, turn on my computer and immediately find about 20 electronic mail messages from managers of other business units of the company.
