Patricia Y. "Pat" Rodgers, 76, of Garden Spot Village, New Holland, formerly of Leola, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 22, 2010. She was the wife of Eugene C. Rodgers, with whom she recently celebrated 56 years of marriage, and the daughter of the late Melvin and Ella Keith Yunginger. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Patti (Scott) Hornberger of Beach City, TX and Jenni Simmons of Lancaster, and a son Scott (Lisa Webber) Rodgers of Emmitsburg, MD. Four grandchildren: Erika (Jared) Weaver, Kyle Hornberger, Emily and Rachel Simmons and three great- grandchildren: Clay, Colby and Sheridan Weaver were her pride and joy. She is also survived by a sister Dolores (William) Schaich, three nieces and two nephews. Pat has gone to live with the Lord and be re-united with two brothers who preceded her in death: Lester "Let" Martin and Melvin "Skip" Yunginger.See the full content of this document
