Partnerships seemed to be the main game in the information world during the past few weeks. In fact, EBSCO announced two recently. In partnership with Elsevier, EBSCO is offering individual e-journals to academic and government institutions. This offering, made through E-Select: E-journals from Elsevier (powered by ScienceDirect), is designed for individual- title online access, providing full-text access to more than 1,300 social science and scientific, technical, and medical (STM) titles.
