An Evansville native and former high school student newspaper adviser said he doesn't believe in censorship, and that is why he has filed suit against the Franklin Township Community School Corp.

Chad Tuley, a 1997 Reitz High School graduate, is seeking reinstatement as the adviser to the Pilot Flashes newspaper and the opportunity to return to an English teaching position he held at the high school, as well as punitive damages.
