Layton-based Wright Development Group is developing 76,000 square feet of the project, while the remaining 94,000 square feet houses a WinCo Foods grocery store, which opened May 3 and was built by Boise-based Engineered Structures Inc. Sitting on 20 acres formerly used for industrial manufacturing, The Commons at Ogden was designed by Carpenter Stringham Architects LLC of Salt Lake City.
