Born out of the requests of NACM members comes not only a new service, but also a new division of NACM -- National Lien and Bond Services. The new division of NACM will focus on providing members with construction-related credit solutions, lien and bond information and suit time requirements. Bringing this service to the members means NACM-National has two new faces: Greg Powelson, President, NLBS Division of NACM, and Connie Baker, CBA, National Lien and Bond Services Manager. Powelson has assisted in the implementation of mechanics' lien programs for hundreds of companies across the US. Baker brings with her 10 years of credit and collections experience in the construction industry -- all construction wholesalers.
