Summary
I happily confess my skittishness when it comes to Indian food: Curry and buffet give me the willies. I'd heard rumors in the past of richly spiced, aromatic, subtly flavorful Indian dishes, but I never seemed able to track them down. I suspected most of these elusive meals were being prepared in private homes, so I figured I'd just have to wait until an Indian friend took me home to his culinarily gifted mother. In the meantime, though, I stumbled upon a place that has elevated my curry consciousness and made me a cumin-loving convert: Nanee's Kitchen, a new stall at Reading Terminal Market specializing in homemade Indian-Pakistani cuisine.
