Summary
Budget was highly popular nationwide, but only Oregon could boast "The Best Little Print House in Town." Some shops were Capital and others Capitol (I always have to look that one up.) Some printers were Certified (I've known a couple of certifiable ones, too). Copy and Copies took up columns of listings. Some were Creative, while others were Commercial. There were Dependable printers and Digital printers, but only a single Digital Shorts Inc.
