Summary
The result is a minimalist rock record that is occasionally pushed forward with hard-edged vocals and gently enveloped in electronic touches. In place of the intricacies and thick layers of the self-titled debut, the sophomore LP contains natural melodies and lucent structure. "With sound there's a certain amount of space," says guitarist Tomo Milicevic. "It's very easy to fill that sound with noises and sounds, but it's very difficult to keep it empty and still have exciting songs."
