Summary
Director Jared Reed's staging df [Ray Cooney] and Tony Hilton's One for the Pot marks the eighth consecutive summer Hedgerow Theatre has presented one of Cooney's plays. Considering the success of Reed's production, it's a tradition that shows no sign of waning.
Mistaken identity is a hallmark of farce, and Pot exploits [Billy] and [Rupert]'s identical appearance to great effect. Cooney and Hilton's entertaining script is full of puns (which elicit both groans and gales of laughter from the authence), sexual innuendo and clever double entendres.
