Summary
The sax swinger and his cronies will mount a CD release party for Rock, Rock, Rock: [Jimmy Cavallo] and the Houserockers, Then and Now (PetCap Music), a jumpin' journey down memory lane, with several unexpected covers: the old doo-wop hit "Save the Last Dance for Me," for instance, as well as Hoagy Carmichael's "Georgia On My Mind" and Eddy Arnold's "You Don't Know Me." There's also an introduction by PetCap honcho Guy Capone that leads into a new version of "Rock, Rock, Rock" (co-written by Milton Subotsky, who in the 1960s and 1970s produced a string of British horror movies!) and a 10-minute Cavallo interview conducted by WRVO-FM's Shawna Coon.
