Summary
Each year, AIDS Walk Michigan takes place in seven Michigan cities on the same weekend, usually the last weekend in September. The 2008 AIDS Walk will take place across Michigan on Saturday, Sept. 27. and Sunday, Sept. 28. The annual AIDS Walk helps to raise awareness about HIV/ AIDS and simultaneously helps raise funds for local AIDS services. For many, these services are a lifeline to food, housing, transportation and support services that are designed for people and families living with HIV/ AIDS.
