A $50,000 state fine against the Caesars Indiana riverboat includes violations in which the casino mailed promotional materials to people who had placed themselves on a list banning them from the state's riverboats.
Caesars executives notified the Indiana Gaming Commission about the violations in February after casino workers discovered the mailings. The state's exclusion law, which was established to help people who are trying to stop gambling, includes a ban on Indiana's 10 casinos sending marketing enticements to those on the list.See the full content of this document
