Steve Hahn, co-owner of Atascadero, CA-based Hahn's Guns, agrees that new products, the right mix of inventories, fast delivery and a good pricing structure can shoot up sales in the arms dealership business. However, he believes that the most important thing that a dealer must do is to serve his customers well by being honest and selling him something basic for him to better enjoy the sport.
