Summary

"Some people say that (old) age and sports training don't come together, but I advise every living person to train." [Khaled] stated. In addition to maintaining the body of the 20 year old, he also echoes the voice of a philosopher. "The human body is like a plot of land. If you do not tend to it. then it will dry out and wither. But if you take care of it, then it will thrive and prosper."

He personally trains 90 minutes a day. 6 days a week and his energy level could exhaust even the most avid sports gurus. Khalil "Kelly" Khaled can be reached at the Fairlane Club for personal training sessions, and his expertise promises success for anyone trying to make a healthy lifestyle change.
