According to [Alan Hammer], the [Charles Kushner] group will continue to grow, but at a slower pace. He attributes that to his style, which he describes as more conservative than Kushner's. "He [Kushner] would like me to do what he does-go out and buy 50 buildings a year," says Hammer. "We'll buy some things, but I don't have the appetite Charlie's got, and I don't have the vision Charlie's got."
