Jobless Suspect Age Bias

Michael Anderson stood on the sidewalk near the entrance of Home Depot on Monday holding a sign that read "Need Work Please Help".

Cleanly dressed, Anderson had been at the high-traffic spot since 7 a.m., after walking from downtown Missoula where he currently lives in a friends van.
