[Jacques Kemp]' laugh was indeed infectious and it was no more apparent when talking about his children. He was a father who received much joy in telling his comedic stories about them. And he took much pride in talking about the accomplishments and achievements of Amber, [Corey] and Erin. Jacques' love for his wife Angela was the foundation of their strong family bond. Jacques, Angela, Amber, Corey and Erin Kemp exemplified the very best in our community. The Kemp family reflects the values that have been the cornerstone of a loving, strong and supportive African-American family.
