If the purpose of trying to cage Iran is to take our attention off what is not happening in Iraq, it won't work. If it is to show what a far reaching, capable foreign policy he has evolved, that won't work either. This administration is incapable of that kind of thinking.
He is without question, biting off more than he or this country's armed forces can chew.
