Residential construction activity in 2005 is expected to ease but remain strong, said members of the National Association of Home Builders during a Construction Forecast Conference last week. According to NAHB leaders who attended a semiannual meeting, there is a general optimism in the construction industry concerning economic growth, job growth and controlling inflation well into the next year.
