Hollywood's Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital to Host National Hyundai Hope On Wheels Tour

Summary

South Florida-area Hyundai dealers will host the 2006 national Hope On Wheels tour at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital on Thursday, April 6, and gather handprints on the SUV from local children who are battling pediatric cancer, the number one disease killer of children. The colorful handprints, a symbol of hope for finding a cure for childhood cancer, will join hundreds of others collected on the Hope On Wheels vehicle as it makes its way across America, spreading awareness and contributing much-needed funding for this important cause clinical research to the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation. In collaboration with CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation, the tour is visiting 31 hospitals in 23 states.
