Works & Process at the Guggenheim participates in the 2nd annual installment of Make Music New York - a city-wide event following in the footsteps of Paris' Fete de la Musique, the largest musical event in the city. In anticipation of the Guggenheim Museum's full-career retrospective of Paris native and artist Louise Bourgeois, Bourgeois has revealed some of her favorite songs for the first time especially for the Works & Process Make Music Concert. Works & Process scoured the streets of Paris to find the most talented performers. In a free concert on the sidewalk of Fifth Avenue, (at 88th Street) across from Central Park and in front of the Guggenheim Museum on June 21 at 5:30 pm, Paris Metro accordionist Francois Parisi will perform Bourgeois' favorites.
