One of the most affected by the increased spending on consumer durables is the porridge. As the sales of PC and laser discs surge, matinal edibles suffer in comparison. Other products affected by this trend are grommets, divets, curtain rods and vacuum cleaners. In response to this development, manufacturers of these products are rising to the challenge.
