Summary
Twelve conservation organizations from the US and Canada petitioned the World Heritage Committee on Feb 17 to add Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park in Montana to the List of World Heritage Sites in Danger. The park was once home to about 150 glaciers, but only 27 remain.
